Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are based on the number of products you buy. Just add products to your cart, and click update to see the shipping cost before your sale goes through. We dispatch orders within 3-4 working days. If you have any questions about shipping then please ask and we’ll try to help.
All our prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard triangular tubes or board backed envelopes depending on size.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed for (approximately 2-3 days)
If you would like to place an order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and where you would like to ship to and we will calculate the cost for you.
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action but will require a photo of the damaged item to claim compensation from the shipping provider.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch. This is to allow for any customs/postal service delays that may be affecting the delivery of your print/s.

CAN I CANCEL /AMEND MY ORDER?
As long as it's within 24 hours of placing your order then yes you can. To cancel or amend your order please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I RETURN MY PRINT FOR A REFUND?
We are happy for you to return item/s within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. Once we receive your item/s we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
